Hi, I’m Kate, a clinical hypnotherapist and nervous system expert helping high-achieving women break free from the silent chaos of anxiety and overwhelm. I know what it’s like to seem calm, capable, even impressive on the outside… while inside, your mind is racing, your jaw is clenched, and your nervous system is on high alert. For years, I lived in that high-functioning spiral - always on, always overthinking, always exhausted. Everything changed when I learned how to work with the subconscious mind and truly regulate my nervous system. I stopped surviving the week and started leading my life, with clarity, calm, and confidence that actually lasted.
